Da Nang is about to auction 123 residential land lots, with a total starting price of over 720 billion VND.

The Da Nang Land Fund Development Center said it is announcing the selection of an organization to auction 123 land lots in the city.

Ngu Hanh Son District has the largest number with 53 lots, of which 4 lots are located at intersections, 12 lots are located at intersections, and the rest have street frontage.

7 out of 53 plots of land in Ngu Hanh Son district are located on Minh Mang street in the residential area north of Dong Nam bus station, with an area of over 99 square meters. The starting price is over 74.6 million VND/square meter (equivalent to over 7.4 billion VND).

30 adjacent two-frontage lots on Vo Chi Cong and Luu Dinh Chat streets in Dong Tra low-income residential area (phase 3), area of 105m2, starting price of over 47.3 million VND/m2 (equivalent to over 4.9 billion VND).

16 lots in the resettlement area of Khai Tay 2 (Ba Tung expansion), Hoa Quy ward. Of which, 11 lots are larger than 400m2 with the highest starting price of over 28.7 million VND/m2 (equivalent to over 11 billion VND). 5 lots are larger than 155m2, starting price is over 23 million VND/m2 (equivalent to over 3.5 billion VND).

Son Tra District has 46 lots up for auction. Of which, 13 lots facing Tran Thanh Tong Street (in Nai Hien Dong resettlement area), 100 square meters wide, have a starting price of over 40.6 million VND/square meter (equivalent to over 4 billion VND).

13 lots facing Chu Huy Man Street (public works land in Tho Quang Aquatic Service Industrial Park), 127.5 square meters wide, starting price of over 46 million VND/square meter (equivalent to nearly 6 billion VND).

11 lots facing Ngo Cao Lang Street, 100m2 wide, starting price over 5.2 million VND/m2 (equivalent to over 5.2 billion VND). The remaining 9 lots intersect with intersections and three-way intersections. The most expensive lot is located at the Chu Huy Man - Pham Van Xao intersection, over 236m2 wide, starting price 61.5 million VND/m2 (equivalent to over 14.5 billion VND).

Cam Le District and Hoa Vang District both have 9 lots of land up for auction. The most notable is lot 1- B2.42 located at the intersection of Van Tien Dung - 29 Thang 3 Street (in the residential area Nam Cau Cam Le, Hoa Xuan Ward), nearly 245 square meters wide, starting price of over 51.7 million VND/m2 (equivalent to over 12.6 billion VND).

Hai Chau District has 3 lots put up for auction. The lots in this district have the highest starting price on the list at over 98.6 million VND/m2 (about 11 billion VND). Of which, there are 2 lots at the intersection of Trinh Cong Son - Tien Son 9, measuring 109-115m2. The remaining lot is located at the intersection of Nguyen Huu Dat - Huynh Man Dat, measuring more than 109m2.

Lien Chieu District has 2 land lots put up for auction in the Hoa Hiep 3 resettlement area (Hoa Hiep Nam ward), with areas of 114m2 and 148m2, starting prices of over 21 million VND/m2 and nearly 23 million VND/m2 respectively.

Thanh Khe District has a plot of land at the intersection of Ly Trien - Nguyen Phuoc Thai streets, 122.6 square meters wide, starting price 58.2 million VND/square meter (equivalent to more than 7.1 billion VND).

The total value of the 123 plots of land above, calculated at the starting price, is over 720 billion VND.
