Mr. Mingalev made the above comment to Izvestia newspaper when commenting on the information that only 30 UN member states out of 193 countries supported the G7 statement on Ukraine.

This information includes all the G7's stated promises regarding Ukraine, Mr. Mingalev said. In addition, the countries that signed the agreement will be required to continue efforts to provide Kiev with a $50 billion loan.

“ This is Kiev’s fatigue – everyone understands everything, it can’t be hidden anymore. Ukraine’s policies are exposed by what these countries are doing ,” Mingalev stressed.

According to him, the majority of the world does not believe President Zelensky's statements about protecting the country, because he openly speaks of a desire to escalate the conflict and attack Russia.

At the same time, the political scientist noted, the United States and its allies will continue to support Kiev, since they themselves are also a party to the conflict.

“ New aid packages and authorizing deep strikes into Russia are all attempts to put pressure on Moscow and force it to negotiate on unacceptable terms ,” Mingalev added.

Earlier, at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council, Mr. Zelensky said that it would be impossible to resolve the conflict through peaceful negotiations. According to him, Russia can only be forced to make peace.

In response, Mr. Yury Shvytkin, Deputy Chairman of the Defense Committee of the Russian Lower House, said that Western countries have tried to force Russia to do something but have not succeeded.
