Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel To Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department affirmed: Born during the August Revolution in 1945, founded, educated and trained by our Party and the great President Ho Chi Minh, trusted, protected and helped by all levels, sectors and people, over the past 80 years, the People's Police force in general, Ha Nam Police in particular, have always maintained their revolutionary nature, overcome countless difficulties and challenges, fought bravely, and sacrificed silently to firmly protect national security, social order and safety, create a secure, safe and healthy environment, effectively serve the task of socio-economic development of the country and the province, and protect a peaceful and happy life for the people.

The art program directed by Musician Le Minh Son was elaborately and grandly staged, gathering many famous artists such as: Diva My Linh, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan, singers Tan Nhan, Quynh Thi, Xuan Nhi, Phuong Anh, Violon Artist Trinh Minh Hien, Artist Hai Yen and officers and soldiers of the Ha Nam Provincial Police Mass Art Troupe to participate in the performance. With 3 chapters: Firmly Stepping Under the Glorious Party Flag, Proud of the Feats, Peaceful Ha Nam on New Days, the image of the People's Police soldiers was portrayed in many performances about the homeland, the country, and the People's Police force. It is not only an art program but also has profound meaning, an affirmation of the glorious tradition, steadfast will and determination to build a clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern People's Police force. This is also an opportunity for people to better understand the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force, contributing to arousing patriotism and awareness of protecting national security in the community.
