The provincial industrial park trade union launched Workers' Month 2025

On the morning of April 26, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks (IPs) of the province held a ceremony to launch the Workers' Month, responding to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene (OSH) in 2025 and organizing a Sports Tournament for Workers in the IPs of the province.

Leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism gave gifts to encourage workers.

Workers' Month and Occupational Safety and Health Action Month 2025 were launched with the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering the new era", "Strengthening assessment, identifying hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace".

Representatives of the Labor Federation and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board presented gifts to workers.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union directed grassroots trade unions to develop plans and proactively coordinate with business leaders to effectively carry out activities to care for the interests of union members and workers; honor and commend workers with outstanding achievements in labor and production; visit and support workers in especially difficult circumstances, who have suffered from work-related accidents and occupational diseases; promote patriotic emulation movements, arouse the spirit of creative labor, promote initiatives and innovation among workers. At the same time, actively and proactively assess and identify potential risks in the working environment; promote the application of proactive risk prevention and control measures to minimize work-related accidents and occupational diseases; create a safe and healthy working environment, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises and society.

Union members and workers enthusiastically participated in the competition and cheered on the tug of war.

The provincial industrial park trade unions continue to coordinate with relevant agencies to organize inspection, examination and supervision activities on the implementation of laws and policies related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Innovate and improve the quality of trade union activities, focusing on the grassroots level, for the benefit of workers.

On this occasion, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union presented 100 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to workers in difficult circumstances.

Athletes compete in badminton.

Within the framework of the launching ceremony, the Sports Competition for Workers in the Industrial Parks of the province took place. Accordingly, 19 grassroots trade unions registered to compete in two events: tug of war and badminton. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; 139 years of International Labor Day. Thereby, contributing to improving spiritual life, improving health, increasing cohesion between workers and grassroots trade unions in the Industrial Parks of the province; creating motivation for workers to work enthusiastically, contributing to the development of enterprises and building increasingly strong trade unions.
