More than 600,000 people contributed opinions on amending the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application.

According to information from the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Provincial Police), as of 5:00 p.m. on May 29, the whole province had 621,448/673,992 people with level 2 electronic identification participating in giving comments on the draft content of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application (reaching over 92%).

The work of collecting public opinions on the Draft Amendments and Supplements to a number of Articles of the 2013 Constitution through the VNeID application has been directed and implemented by all levels and sectors from the provincial to the grassroots level; many localities have flexibly established mobile propaganda and guidance teams, creating the most favorable conditions for people to participate. In particular, with the motto of "going to every alley, knocking on every door", the police force has established working groups, assigned officers and soldiers to coordinate in organizing dissemination and guiding people to implement.

The working group of Hoa Hau commune (Ly Nhan) guides people to participate in sending opinions on amending the Constitution via the VNeID application.

Accordingly, Ly Nhan district, Phu Ly city and Binh Luc district are the localities with the largest number of people participating in giving opinions on the Constitution, with 138,636 people, 102,979 people and 102,341 people respectively. The remaining localities have over 90,000 people participating.

There are 5/98 communes and wards that achieved and exceeded 100% of the targets such as: Bo De commune (Binh Luc); Thanh Tam commune and Thanh Phong commune (Thanh Liem); Hoang Tay commune (Kim Bang); Trac Van commune (Duy Tien).

The above results are thanks to the drastic and close direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels; the coordination of departments, branches, and organizations; the consensus and support of all classes of people; and especially the core role of the provincial police force.
