On the morning of May 10, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinated with the People's Committee of Tay Ho District to organize a week of consulting, introducing and promoting the consumption of products: OCOP (One Commune One Product), craft villages, safe agricultural products and food in 2025 at Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City.

This is an activity carried out under the One Commune One Product Program (OCOP Program) of Hanoi city in 2025, and is also a practical activity to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and celebrate major national holidays in 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Chief of the Hanoi New Rural Area Coordination Office Ngo Van Ngon assessed that Tay Ho has many potential advantages that are very favorable for Hanoi to implement the One Commune One Product Program. The week introducing products of the Agricultural Sector here will contribute to connecting trade to help people access OCOP products, safe and quality products.
From 2019 to present, Hanoi has evaluated and classified 3,317 OCOP products (accounting for 21.3% of the country), including 6 5-star products, 22 potential 5-star products, 1,571 4-star products and 1,718 3-star products; the leading locality in the country in terms of the number of OCOP products.

The program is an opportunity for OCOP entities of Hanoi and provinces across the country to connect, exchange, and promote agricultural products, food, handicrafts, and traditional craft villages of each locality. Thereby contributing to enhancing brand value, preserving the value of traditional craft villages, promoting trade connections, product consumption, stimulating consumption, and economic development.
With 50 booths and over 500 OCOP products which are regional specialties of Hanoi and 21 provinces and cities nationwide. Of which, Hanoi has 20 booths with over 100 participating products, the program promises to be a place to introduce and promote typical and unique products with strengths of the provinces and cities, a reputable and quality shopping address, and a space for the capital's people to experience and have fun after the April 30 - May 1 holiday.
