Mr. Duong also revealed that there are about 10 investors, billionaires from China, India and the UAE, who are very interested in this project since before Tet. Some investors paid close to the price that this business wanted.
The reason for having to sell "Hanoi's pride", the tycoon Duong "beer" said is because the social housing project of this enterprise has not been granted a construction permit by the government, leading to the enterprise falling into a tragic situation of having to sell assets to solve liquidity.
Mr. Duong also revealed that if the social housing projects of this enterprise continue to be stuck due to administrative procedures, Hoa Binh Group may sell the Golden Hotel in Da Nang .

It is known that Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake is a 6-star hotel project in the heart of Hanoi capital, praised by international media as the hotel with the most 24k gold in the world.
The hotel is invested and built by Hoa Binh Company Limited, located at B7 Giang Vo Street (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi). This is the only project in the world with exterior and interior tiles and sanitary equipment plated with 24K gold.
This hotel has a total investment of more than 100 million USD, built on a total area of 2,237.5 m2 including 4 basements and 25 floors above ground. The project was opened in early July 2020 with the goal of becoming the most luxurious hotel in the world.
