On the afternoon of April 26, the Party Cells of specialized agencies advised, assisting the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies to organize the 1st Congress , term 2025 - 2030. The Party Cell of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee was established under Decision No. 33-QD/DU dated February 25, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies. The Party Cell has 5 Party cells with a total of 20 Party members. In the first 2 months of operation, despite facing many difficulties, closely following the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, the Party Cell has promoted its role as a core leader, proactively building a work program; clearly assigning tasks, regularly urging and checking progress; ensuring that tasks are deployed promptly, synchronously and effectively.

The focus is on advisory work, assisting the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies to lead, direct and implement tasks in accordance with the functions and powers of the Party Committee, such as: Advising on perfecting the organization, staff and developing important directive documents of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies; political and ideological education and mass mobilization work; work on organizing cadres, managing party members and preparing for party congresses at all levels; work on leading political and social organizations associated with the political tasks of the Party Committee and the lives of cadres and union members... and many other aspects of work.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, Standing Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies highly appreciated the achievements of the Party Cells of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee in the past time. Those achievements are the premise, basic and extremely important favorable conditions for the Party Cell to continue to promote more strongly and firmly in the 2025-2030 term. He suggested: In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Cell should focus on improving the quality of advising on documents directing and guiding the implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; promoting ideological work, organization, inspection, mass mobilization, office, information and propaganda and digital transformation; promptly advising on solutions to build a streamlined, effective and efficient organizational apparatus; improving the quality of the staff, especially the leaders; strengthening supervision, social criticism and skillful mass mobilization work. At the same time, actively advising on building a professional and modern administration; improving the effectiveness of coordination between agencies and units; Contribute to building a clean and strong political system to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.

The Congress also announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, appointing the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell; Decision appointing delegates of the Party Cell to attend the 2nd Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025-2030.
