During the past term, the Party Cell of the War Veterans Affairs Committee has effectively implemented the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. Promoting the nature and tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", uniting and setting an example to overcome all difficulties, effectively implementing the Party Cell's resolutions and the political tasks of the agency and the Association.

The Party cell does a good job of propagating and mobilizing members and people to participate in movements and campaigns, contributing to the implementation of the tasks of socio -economic development, national defense and security of the locality...
During the term, the number of poor war veteran member households was reduced by 3,603; the number of well-off and rich households increased by 48.07% (an increase of 5.7% compared to 2020). Actively mobilizing cadres and war veteran members to donate to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor member households, while mobilizing organizations, businesses and sources from the province and the Central Association to support, to date, 702 temporary and dilapidated houses for member families have been completed.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Cell will continue to improve the quality of propaganda, education and mobilization work for cadres, party members, association members and people to actively participate in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's policies and laws.
At the same time, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Association at all levels; mobilize generations of war veterans to promote the nature and tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", promote the responsibility of setting an example of cadres and party members, especially the heads of Party committees, agencies and Association organizations...
The Party Cell strives to complete a number of goals: 100% of cadres and party members are fully informed, study and research the resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Party and the Association; annually inspect and supervise 25% or more of party members in performing their duties as party members; 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants and employees of the Board complete their tasks well or better; 100% of families of cadres and civil servants in the Board meet the standards of a cultural family. At the congress, delegates discussed and contributed opinions on the draft documents of the first Provincial Party Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2025-2030 term and the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Ha Trung Kien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the Party Cell of the War Veterans Affairs Committee of Tuyen Quang Province in stabilizing the organization after the merger; always being exemplary and taking the lead in activities. He expressed his belief that the Party Cell will continue to promote the achieved results and lead the successful completion of its tasks in the coming term.
He suggested that the Party Cell focus on performing well a number of key tasks: Leading the association at all levels to promote the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", strengthen political and ideological education, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of members, and promptly resolve arising issues.
In addition, actively participate in and propose socio-economic development programs; mobilize people to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State. Pay attention to the lives of members, especially those in difficult circumstances; innovate the content and methods of activities towards the grassroots. At the same time, focus on nurturing the younger generation, accompanying young people to start businesses, build careers, build and defend the Fatherland.
The Congress also announced the decision on appointing the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the War Veterans Affairs Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Pham Van Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Chairman of the Provincial War Veterans Association, holds the position of Party Cell Secretary for the 2025-2030 term.
