On the afternoon of July 30, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee solemnly held the 1st Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the Congress. Attending the Congress was Comrade Nguyen Hong Trang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies gave a speech directing the Congress.

The Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee was established in February 2025. After the merger, the cell now has 23 party members.

In the past time, under the leadership of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party agencies, with the characteristic of being the agency specializing in Party building work in the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies, the Party Cell has focused on leading cadres and Party members to promote the spirit of solidarity, actively and proactively in advising and proposing to assist the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to successfully complete the assigned political tasks. At the same time, the leadership has advised and performed well the propaganda and education work, the work of organizing and building the Party cell and the work of inspection and supervision have been paid attention to; led the building of the agency's Trade Union to perform well its functions and tasks according to the provisions of the Trade Union Charter; basically completed the set goals and tasks.

With the spirit of "Solidarity, Democracy, Discipline, Innovation, Development", in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Cells of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies continue to improve the quality of Party Committee activities, promote democracy, maintain discipline; promote administrative reform, apply digital transformation in advising and implementing tasks. Along with that, proactively advise and propose solutions to lead the implementation of political tasks and Party building work; promote the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members; maintain solidarity and unity in the agency; excellently complete assigned political tasks.

The Congress Resolution has set out 8 specific goals with 6 key tasks and main solutions. Therein, focusing on improving the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education , propaganda and mobilization; leading the implementation of organizational, cadre and party member work well; leading the implementation of clean and strong party building work, improving the quality of party member work, maintaining solidarity and unity in the party cell; leading the implementation of inspection and supervision work well; focusing on mass mobilization work, leading the building of a strong agency; advising the leadership to implement political tasks well.

Speaking at the Congress, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Kim Dung congratulated and commended the efforts of the Party members in the Party Cell. She affirmed that, up to now, Party building work has always been the key step and the most important task. As a direct support agency of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the quality of the Party Cell's activities directly determines the effectiveness of the leadership and direction of the entire Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

He suggested that the Party Cell should pay special attention to building a clean, strong, and exemplary Party Cell; the agency must be a place where intelligence converges, professional work is done, creating motivation and a favorable environment for cadres and Party members to promote their capacity and strengths to contribute to the agency and unit. At the same time, it is necessary to do a good job of political and ideological education for cadres and Party members so that each cadre and Party member of the Party Cell must be a shining example of political mettle, moral qualities, and lifestyle; pioneer in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style. It is necessary to take the lead in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints; resolutely fighting against signs of degradation, "self-evolution", and "self-transformation" within the Party.

The Party cell needs to focus on leadership, improve the quality and effectiveness of advisory work. At the same time, it is necessary to continuously study, research, improve qualifications, and closely follow practice to advise the Party Committee Standing Committee on strategic and breakthrough policies and solutions. It must be a pioneer in administrative reform, perfecting digital infrastructure, and promoting digital transformation in Party work.

He requested that immediately after the Congress, the Party Cell should urgently develop, promulgate and organize the implementation of working regulations and work programs for the entire term; concretize the resolution into action programs and plans; clearly define the roadmap, key and breakthrough tasks; assign tasks and assign responsibilities to each Party Committee member to monitor, lead and direct to effectively put the Congress resolution into practice.

The Congress announced and awarded the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term; and appointed the Delegation to attend the Congress of Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 8 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Hong Trang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Cell of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies.
