The 8th Congress of the Trade Union of the Social Policy Bank of Son La province, term 2025-2030.

The Provincial Social Policy Bank's grassroots trade union has 187 members. In the 2023-2025 term, the industry's trade union will promote its role as a representative, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. The trade union will coordinate with the Board of Directors to fully implement policies and regulations; supervise the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations; organize annual labor conferences; maintain regular dialogues, promptly grasp and resolve union members' recommendations.

The work of caring for union members' lives has been focused on with activities such as visiting and supporting union members in difficulty or illness; organizing cultural, artistic and sports movements, creating a spirit of solidarity and competition. The professional emulation movements "Good worker, creative worker", "Good at banking, good at housework" have been effectively implemented, attracting a large number of union members to participate, contributing to improving the quality of customer service. During the term, the Union introduced 20 outstanding union members to participate in the Party sympathy class, of which 15 union members were admitted.

In addition, the grassroots trade union accompanies the unit in carrying out its political tasks. The Government's preferential credit programs are implemented to the right beneficiaries, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction and new rural construction. The total capital of the Branch currently reaches over VND 7,256 billion, equal to 99.4% of the plan; total outstanding debt is over VND 7,244 billion; the average growth rate in the 2022-2025 period is 10.2%; overdue debt accounts for 0.06% of total outstanding debt. In the 2023-2025 period, loan turnover reaches VND 5,397 billion, helping nearly 95,000 poor households and policy beneficiaries access preferential capital.

Social security work has been actively responded to by union members. During the term, the union social fund and contributions from staff and employees reached 1.6 billion VND, supporting gratitude activities, charity, caring for poor households and students in difficult circumstances.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Social Policy Bank's grassroots trade union strives to introduce 25-30 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration; 100% of union members complete their annual tasks; over 80% achieve the title of Advanced Laborer; over 85% of female union members achieve the title of "Good at banking work, good at housework"; 100% of departmental trade unions are inspected at least once during the term; 100% of directive documents are sent and received via the electronic system...
