The 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Dien Lac Commune, term 2025

On the morning of October 21, the Women's Union of Dien Lac commune held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the congress were representatives of the Provincial Women's Union; departments, branches, unions, Dien Lac commune and 83 official delegates representing more than 2,000 women members in the whole commune.

In the 2021-2025 term, the Women's Union of Dien Lac commune has closely followed the resolutions of congresses at all levels, concretizing them appropriately into the annual tasks of the union. Emulation movements and activities have been innovated, giving priority to the grassroots level. Propaganda, education and mobilization work for women has been carried out in many forms suitable for each target group; activities to care for and support women in economic development and family building have continued to be innovated and achieved many practical results. During the term, the union has carried out 15 projects and tasks contributing to the construction of new rural areas; helped 130 households achieve the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean" sustainably; helped 31 women's households escape poverty and near-poverty and coordinated to support 10 women to start and start businesses; awarded more than 2,000 student scholarships, awarded 105 means of livelihood to women in difficult circumstances; mobilized to build and repair 53 houses for members, poor women; developed nearly 300 new members...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Women's Union aims to build an organization that operates effectively, efficiently and effectively; arouse the will of self-reliance, self-improvement, creativity and aspirations of women of all classes, mobilize the participation of the whole society for the happiness, equality and comprehensive development of women; promote the role of women in building a clean and strong Party and political system... The Union strives to support 55 households to meet the criteria of "Family of 5 has, 3 clean"; help 2 women's households escape poverty and near-poverty; establish at least 1 model economic development cooperative group applying science and technology; coordinate to support at least 5 business households owned by women to register to convert into enterprises; build at least 2 model branches and 2 outstanding model women's branches...

At the congress, delegates discussed and approved the Summary Report for the 2021-2025 term and the directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; the review report of the Executive Committee of the Commune Women's Union; approved the Summary Report on comments on the documents of the Congress of Women's Delegates at all levels and comments on amendments and supplements to the Charter of the Vietnam Women's Union.

The Congress also announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President, Vice President of the Commune Women's Union; Member, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Commune Women's Union and appointing delegates to attend the Provincial Women's Congress. Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Commune Women's Union for the 2025 - 2030 term has 21 members. Ms. Do Thi Kim Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Commune was appointed to hold the position of President of the Commune Women's Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
