The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Hai Phong City Party Committee, term 2025-2030: Innovation, integration, development

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of June 24, the Party Committee of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Phan Van Thep, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; along with representatives of the Party Building Commissions, mass organizations and all Party members in the Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hieu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, delivered the opening speech.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Van Hieu, Secretary of the Party Committee emphasized: Implementing Directive No. 45 of the Politburo , Circular No. 12 and Plan No. 464 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 17th City Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Party Executive Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the City Party Committee has seriously deployed the preparation work for the Congress in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee. During the past term, the Party Committee has focused on effectively leading the implementation of ideological work, propaganda, and grasping public opinion; promptly advising on the implementation of the Party's Resolutions and Directives; at the same time, focusing on building solidarity, unity, upholding principles, and building a clean and strong Party organization.

At the Congress, delegates discussed and contributed opinions to the draft Political Report submitted to the Congress; contributed opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and documents of the 1st Congress of Party Committees of the City Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Pham Van Thep, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, gave a speech directing the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Phan Van Thep acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Party Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee in the past time. In response to the new requirements when the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee will merge with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Hai Phong City Party Committee from July 1, he suggested that the Party Committee continue to promote traditions, enhance innovation in leadership methods; promote the application of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI) in propaganda and mass mobilization work, in order to meet the requirements of tasks in the context of digital transformation and increasingly deep international integration.
