Training on professional skills to prepare for operating the 2-level local government model

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of June 23, the Office of the Hai Phong City People's Committee coordinated with the Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee to organize a training conference (supplementing) on ​​a number of shared information systems serving Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies at the commune level in person and online with the bridge point of Hai Duong province.

At the training conference, delegates were instructed on how to operate the synthesis of reporting information; operate the Party's document management system software; the 1022 switchboard system to receive and process people's feedback and recommendations; and receive instructions on how to manage and operate the commune-level electronic information portal.

The training activity aims to concretize Plan No. 01 of the Steering Committee to deploy the project to rearrange and reorganize provincial and commune-level administrative units in the city, preparing for the pilot operation of Party, government and Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies at commune level according to the 2-level local government model, expected to be implemented from July 1./.
