The 20th Congress of the Party Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Post Office, term 2025-2030: Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Development

Implementing the Plan of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee on organizing the Congress of grassroots Party organizations for the 2025-2030 term, on June 21, 2025, the Hoa Binh Provincial Post Office Party Committee solemnly held the 20th Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were 110 exemplary Party members representing affiliated Party cells.

Attending and directing the Congress was comrade Do Lenh Vuong, Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Party Organization Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the Congress, Comrade Dang Anh Tuyen - Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Post Office and Comrade Bui Manh Hung - Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Inspection Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Post Office presented the Political Report and the Review Report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The report comprehensively assessed the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Congress, and clearly identified the directions, goals, tasks and main solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

During the past term, despite facing many difficulties in organizing production and business, with the close leadership of the superior Party Committee, and the close coordination between the Party, government and mass organizations, the Party Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Post Office has maintained the spirit of solidarity, promoted collective responsibility, and comprehensively completed the assigned targets and tasks.

The Congress voted to pass the Resolution for the 2025–2030 term.

The Congress also discussed enthusiastically and contributed many enthusiastic opinions to the Draft Documents of the Party Congresses at all levels and the Review Report of the Party Executive Committee of the past term. The opinions expressed at the Congress all showed high consensus and agreement with the content of the documents submitted to the Congress.

With the spirit of solidarity, democracy, discipline and development, the Congress voted to pass the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term with the absolute consensus of 100% of the delegates attending, demonstrating the will and determination to build a clean and strong Party organization; leading the unit to excellently complete political tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the development goals of the Postal sector in the new period.

The 20th Congress of the Party Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Post Office was a great success, leaving a deep impression on the spirit of innovation, solidarity, responsibility and determination to act.
