The first Congress of Party Committees of Phu Tho Province Party Agencies

Comrades: Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Bui Minh Chau, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the Congress.

The Party Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Agencies was established and officially put into operation from July 1, 2025, on the basis of merging 3 Party Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and Hoa Binh Provincial Party Agencies.

Speaking at the congress, Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong stated: The Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies is a newly established party organization, including party organizations in the Provincial People's Council, advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations, and provincial-level judicial agencies. These agencies play a key role in advising, planning, and organizing the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

In the new term, the Party Committee needs to innovate its thinking, awareness, vision, and leadership methods, creating breakthroughs to improve the leadership quality, management capacity, and fighting strength of the Party Committee and its affiliated Party organizations.

The Provincial Party Secretary gave his directive speech.

The Party Committee needs to continue to improve its organizational structure, pay attention to the quality of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to meet work requirements in the new situation; review and improve the organizational structure in Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level to be streamlined, synchronous and effective.

At the Congress, delegates contributed many opinions to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the draft documents submitted to the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was assigned to be Secretary of the Party Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party agencies.
