The 1st Congress of Vinh Trach Ward Party Committee, term 2025

The Provincial Party Standing Committee has appointed the first Executive Committee of the Vinh Trach Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 25 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 8 comrades. Comrade Ngo Hieu Dan was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary.

Vinh Trach Ward was established and put into operation from July 1, 2025, on the basis of merging Vinh Trach commune and Ward 5 (formerly Bac Lieu province). Currently, the Ward Party Committee has 33 subordinate grassroots party organizations, with 858 party members.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai presented a banner from the Provincial Party Executive Committee to the congress.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", in the new term (2025 - 2030), Vinh Trach Ward Party Committee sets the goal of building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting democracy and the strength of the great national unity bloc; mobilizing all resources for sustainable socio-economic development; firmly ensuring national defense and security; maintaining and improving the criteria of a civilized urban ward. The Congress agreed on 15 main targets on economy, culture - society, environment, national defense, security and building the political system.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai gave a speech directing the congress.

Speaking at the congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai praised and highly appreciated the achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Trach ward; at the same time, he emphasized that Vinh Trach has an important position, is the eastern gateway of Bac Lieu city, has many potentials and advantages for comprehensive development, especially industry, trade - services, tourism and aquaculture. The ward needs to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, proactively exploiting potentials and advantages effectively; mobilizing all resources, promoting the construction of synchronous infrastructure; developing the economy associated with ensuring social security, improving people's lives.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai requested the Ward Party Executive Committee to immediately deploy the plan to implement the Resolution after the congress, assigning "clear people, clear tasks, clear responsibilities"; promote the spirit of solidarity, focus on leadership and direction to complete the goals and targets set out in the Resolution; at the same time, continue to innovate leadership methods, improve the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and Party members; promote democracy, maintain discipline; build Vinh Trach ward to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized and modern.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee to appoint a delegation to attend the 17th Provincial Party Congress, including 05 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate.

After the Congress, Vinh Trach Ward Party Committee launched the first 90-day emulation campaign to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030, creating an exciting atmosphere associated with the conversion of the 2-level government model after the province's merger.
