Over the past 5 years, the emulation movement to win of Brigade 682 has been thoroughly grasped and implemented comprehensively and deeply, constantly innovated in content and form, focusing on building and replicating advanced examples; many good models, creative and effective ways have been implemented, creating a strong driving force contributing to encouraging and motivating officers and soldiers to strive to fulfill all assigned tasks well and excellently. With the achieved results, the unit was awarded the flag "Leading unit in the emulation movement to win" by the Navy in 2021, 2022; the Ministry of National Defense awarded the flag "Excellent training unit" in 2021, 2022; 12 collectives were awarded the title "Effective unit to win"; more than 40 individuals were awarded the title "Emulation soldier at the grassroots level"...

At the congress, Rear Admiral Ngo Van Thuan acknowledged and commended the achievements of the officers and soldiers of Brigade 682 in the past time; requested the Party Committee and brigade commanders to thoroughly grasp and creatively apply Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation, the directives of the Politburo and the Central Military Commission; create new changes in awareness and responsibility, arouse positivity, proactiveness and build the right emulation motivation for officers and soldiers; the emulation movement to win needs to closely follow the political tasks of the unit, focus on improving the quality of training work, mastering modern equipment and weapons...

On this occasion, the Naval Region 4 Command presented certificates of merit to 2 groups and 2 individuals; Brigade 682 presented certificates of merit to 4 groups and 4 individuals with good achievements in implementing the emulation movement for victory in the period 2019 - 2024.
