Working group inspects and guides commune-level police in Chau Thanh district
At each destination, the working group listened to reports from the police of the communes that were expected to be merged on the situation of personnel organization; staff work; reception and settlement of administrative procedures, online public services; work related to weapons, explosives, professional software as well as issues regarding workplaces and accommodation of officers and soldiers... In addition, the communes also had proposals and recommendations so that the Commune Police after the merger could operate smoothly and effectively, serving the people in a timely manner.
After listening to the reports and recommendations and proposals of the communes, members of the working group of the Provincial Police gave specific instructions and promptly resolved the recommendations of the commune police. At the same time, they noted recommendations beyond the working group's scope of resolution to report to the Provincial Police Board of Directors to direct professional units to resolve.
In addition, the working group also requested that the commune police restructure their organizational apparatus, assign specific tasks to each department and each officer to take on the job, to ensure that by July 1, the commune police will be able to operate without interruption and effectively serve the people.
