Embassy of Azerbaijan in Vietnam attends the 13th International Culinary Culture Festival

The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Vietnam attended the 13th International Culinary Culture Festival, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam in Hanoi on November 22-23.

At this year's International Gastronomy Culture Festival, Azerbaijan's iconic souvenirs, photos of the historic visits of leader Heydar Aliyev to Vietnam in 1983 and President Ho Chi Minh to Baku in 1959, as well as the meeting of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during his State visit to Baku in May this year were displayed and introduced.

In addition, promotional materials and delicious dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine including gutab, dolma, pilaf, grilled meats and Azerbaijani tea, were also displayed and introduced to visitors and guests.

In particular, many unique national dishes were introduced to guests by Mr. Sahib-David Israfilov, internationally renowned chef, Vice President of the World Barbecue Association (WBQA) and official judge of the World Association of Chefs' Associations (WACS).

At the event, the booth of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Vietnam attracted the attention and visits of local people and foreign tourists.
