On February 22, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Viet Giang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police, presented the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police to take up the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Security Investigation (Ministry of Public Security) from February 26, 2024.

On behalf of the Provincial Police leadership, Colonel Nguyen Viet Giang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police - congratulated Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung, and hoped that in his new position, Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung would promote his sense of responsibility, unite with the Security Investigation Department, continue to promote responsibility and capacity, and excellently complete the political tasks assigned by the Party and the industry.

Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung was born in 1979, from Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.

Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung was transferred and appointed from the position of Head of the Department of Investigation of Crimes and National Security Violations under the Department of Security Investigation, Ministry of Public Security, to take up work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police from July 25, 2022 to present.
