On September 15, the People's Council of Dak Lak province, term X, 2021-2026, held the second thematic meeting to review and decide on many important contents within its authority.

At this session, the People's Council of Dak Lak province issued a Resolution on the establishment of cadres and civil servants in administrative agencies, approving the total number of people working in public service units and contracts to perform professional and technical work in public service units after the rearrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels in 2025.

Accordingly, the total number of staff and civil servants is 9,230, of which the staff and civil servants assigned to the provincial level is 2,521; the staff and civil servants assigned to the commune level is 6,709.

In the provincial administrative units, the unit with the largest number of cadres and civil servants is the Department of Agriculture and Environment with 707 positions, followed by the Provincial Inspectorate with 222 positions. For the commune and ward levels, the ward with the largest number of cadres and civil servants is Tuy Hoa ward with 154 positions; Buon Ma Thuot ward with 126 positions...

The total number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in public service units that partially self-insure regular expenses and public service units whose regular expenses are guaranteed by the state budget under the management of the province is 52,447 people.

Of which, the number of employees (civil servants) at the provincial level is 16,325 positions; the number of employees (civil servants) at the commune level is 36,122 positions.

The Resolution also approved the total number of labor contracts performing professional and technical work in public service units with regular expenditure guaranteed by the State in the field of education in the province in the 2025-2026 school year as 1,297 people.
