On July 15, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Phuoc Commune, Dak Lak Province confirmed that the body of a man who drowned at Phu Xuan irrigation reservoir was found at 10:30 a.m. the same day.

Previously, at around 4:00 p.m. on July 14, while Seo Y Thin, born in 2012, and La Mo Vuong, born in 2012 (both residing in Suoi May village, Xuan Phuoc commune) were herding cows in the Phu Xuan lake area in Phu Xuan A village, Xuan Phuoc commune, they discovered a man drowning and calling for help.

Seeing that, the children ran to inform Mr. Tran Khanh Van, born in 1953, residing in Phu Xuan A village, Xuan Phuoc commune, who has a cattle farm nearby, and Mr. Van reported the incident to the police.

At the scene, the authorities discovered an ID card with the name Ngo Tu, born in 1971, residing in Xuan Binh village, Tuy An Bac commune, Dak Lak province, along with 2 mobile phones.

The incident is being investigated by authorities.
