The conference also acknowledged the contributions of prestigious ethnic minority people in the district in recent times. They have become the core force of the movement " All people protect national security ", the "eyes and ears" of the police force; an important support for Party committees and authorities at all levels in propagating and mobilizing ethnic minority people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

During the year, the District Ethnic Affairs Department opened 10 training courses for prestigious people, village elders, and village chiefs to disseminate laws and propagate the situation of early marriage and incestuous marriage; sent 12 prestigious people to visit and learn from experiences outside the province organized by the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Department and the District Ethnic Affairs Department...

The district has 1 prestigious person who was awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for his outstanding achievements in solidarity, preserving national cultural identity, contributing to the cause of building and developing Gia Lai province in 2019-2024.

At the conference, prestigious people and delegates discussed and found solutions to reduce child marriage and suicide rates in ethnic minority areas; ensure security, order and traffic safety; build new rural villages; apply technology and new crop varieties to production to help people eliminate hunger and reduce poverty...

On this occasion, the Dak Po District Ethnic Affairs Department presented 20 gifts to 20 prestigious people in the area before the Lunar New Year 2025, each worth 500,000 VND.
