Dak Po passes 10 resolutions on public investment | Gia Lai Electronic Newspaper

(GLO)- On May 17, the People's Council of Dak Po district ( Gia Lai province), term IV (2021-2026) held the 11th session (special session) to review and approve a number of contents under the authority of the District People's Council.

At this meeting, the District People's Council considered and discussed the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Minh Canh - former Head of the DistrictEducation and Training Department - from the position of Member of the Dak Po District People's Committee for the 4th term (2021-2026), due to his transfer to another job.

In addition, at the meeting, delegates also participated in discussing and voting to pass 10 resolutions related to public investment, including: proposing to adjust the investment policy of the projects: Nguyen Du Primary and Secondary School (primary school); Leveling the ground of Ha Tam market; Office of Ya Hoi Commune Police, Yang Bac Commune, Phu An, Ha Tam, Cu An; adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 from the district budget; proposing to approve the Public Investment Plan from the district budget in 2023 (phase 2); assigning the Development Investment Capital Plan from the state budget in 2023 to implement 2 national target programs (NTP); allocating career capital to implement the NTP on new rural construction in 2023; allocating career capital to implement the NTP on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2023; Allocating career capital to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in 2023.

Discussing at the meeting, delegates agreed with the contents and reports presented at the meeting.

In her closing speech, comrade Le Thi Thanh Mai - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council requested that after the meeting, the District People's Committee direct specialized agencies to immediately implement the resolutions of the District People's Council that have been passed, while at the same time promoting responsibility and quickly implementing the resolutions to achieve the best results. The Standing Committee of the District People's Council, the Committees of the District People's Council, the delegations of the District People's Council, and the delegates of the District People's Council strengthen their supervision activities to ensure the serious and effective implementation of the resolutions of the District People's Council that have just been passed.
