DAKRUCO strives to process nearly 9,000 tons of rubber latex in 2025

On the morning of June 26, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (DAKRUCO) held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

DAKRUCO currently has nearly 3,609 hectares of basic construction rubber and more than 3,033 hectares of commercial rubber. The company has been granted the FSC FM Sustainable Rubber Forest Management System certification with an area of nearly 1,122 hectares at 19/8 Farm and Phu Xuan Farm; FSC CoC certification for the Rubber Latex Processing Factory.

Compliance with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) has also been implemented promptly. This is the first unit in the Vietnamese rubber industry to proactively adapt to the EUDR regulations.

In 2024, the company's total rubber latex output will be more than 7,356 tons; processed output will be nearly 8,004 tons; rubber elastic thread products will be produced and sold for more than 1,543 tons. Along with that, the output of fruits including bananas, durians and pineapples will be more than 2,703 tons, the volume of commercial products will be nearly 8,000 tons (exported more than 2,560 tons, sold domestically 5,349.5 tons).

The company has 2,365 staff, workers and employees, of which 946 are ethnic minority workers, with an average income of nearly 7.6 million VND/person/month. The company contributes nearly 68 billion VND to the budget.

The General Meeting of Shareholders agreed on important production and business targets in 2025 such as: total exploited rubber latex output of 7,626.8 tons of dry latex; processed rubber latex output of 8,926.8 tons; elastic thread output of 2,500 tons; fruit trees of 2,108.7 tons; newly planted rubber area of 781.61 hectares; average income of cadres, workers and employees of 8.4 million VND/person/month.

The company will strengthen technical solutions for intensive cultivation, care, and disease prevention for crops; organize well the exploitation of rubber latex, strive to exceed the planned output targets; effectively manage the joint rubber gardens; inspect and supervise the delivery of raw latex, ensuring the quality of raw latex. At the same time, strengthen trade promotion, market development, customers, etc.

The General Meeting of Shareholders dismissed 1 member and elected 1 additional member of the Board of Directors and 1 member of the Board of Supervisors.
