Currently, the company is creating jobs for 20 workers. Therefore, the company has invested billions of VND in purchasing modern equipment and machinery for stone mining and production, ensuring both increased production efficiency and minimizing environmental pollution and worker safety. In addition, the provision of occupational safety equipment is always of concern. Every year, the company organizes the distribution of occupational safety equipment twice. To improve knowledge and safety skills for workers, and minimize accidents and risks during the production process, the company regularly sends workers to participate in occupational safety and health training courses organized by the district and province. During the production process, the majority of workers have complied with occupational safety and health regulations such as being equipped with occupational safety and health equipment. However, there are still a few workers (mainly men) who are not fully equipped with occupational safety and health equipment, so the company will continue to promote propaganda, mobilize and remind these workers to comply with regulations during the production process.

Along with issuing many directives, the district has established an interdisciplinary team to regularly inspect, supervise, and remind businesses and stone crafting establishments to strictly implement the provisions of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health. At the same time, proactively contacting relevant sectors to open training courses to foster knowledge and skills in safety during the production process for businesses and workers. Thanks to that, occupational safety and health work has become more organized, and most workers in the field of stone mining and processing have complied with the provision of occupational safety and health equipment during work. However, there are still a few workers who, due to limited awareness, do not fully use occupational safety and health equipment such as helmets, gloves or masks... Therefore, to gradually overcome this situation, the locality will continue to do a good job of propaganda, and at the same time regularly check and remind business owners and workers to comply with and strictly comply with the regulations on fully equipping occupational safety and health equipment during production.
