Departments of Construction of provinces and cities shall effectively implement solutions to control and reduce traffic accidents on roads under their management; especially focusing on regulations to ensure traffic safety for commercial vehicles (speed, continuous driving time, carrying more passengers than prescribed)...

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam strengthens the control of flight safety. The Vietnam Maritime and Waterways Authority directs port authorities to strengthen the work of ensuring traffic safety on coastal transport routes, waterway transport routes from shore to island, especially passenger transport vehicles from shore to island, and ships serving tourists . The Vietnam Railway Authority directs the railway industry's functional forces to strengthen coordination, inspection, timely prevention and strict handling of violations of traffic rules at level crossings, and acts of encroachment on railway traffic safety corridors under its authority.
