Agribank Dong Thap Party Committee held the 4th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030

DTO - On the morning of May 25, the Party Committee of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, Dong Thap Branch ( Agribank Dong Thap) held the 4th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the congress were comrade Le Hong Phuc - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy General Director of Agribank Vietnam.

Delegates passed the Resolution at the Congress.

With proactive and flexible management, in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Agribank Dong Thap successfully implemented the set goals and tasks, actively contributing to promoting local socio -economic development. In particular, well performing the assigned tasks on annual mobilized capital, with an average plan achievement of 105%/year; average growth of 9.33%/year; annual outstanding loans increased, an average of 12.45%/year, achieving the plan; bad debt ratio was well controlled...

During the term, the Party Committee of Agribank Dong Thap deployed and promptly implemented to Party members and employees the policies, directives, resolutions and instructions of higher levels; seriously led and directed the study of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels; developed and organized the implementation of action programs in direct and online meetings, Party cell meetings, agency meetings, and department meetings. At the same time, propagated the development and implementation of ethical standards of cadres and Party members in conjunction with professional ethics, public service ethics, exemplary responsibilities of heads of Party committees and agencies, etc.

During the past term, the Party Committee of Agribank Dong Thap has carried out social security work well. Including building 124 houses of love and gratitude; education, encouragement of learning, healthcare; joining hands for the poor on the occasion of the Lunar New Year every year; implementing the project "Lighting up the countryside"; giving health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances... with a total of more than 17 billion VND.

The Presidium voted to elect the 4th Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Agribank Dong Thap, term 2025 - 2030

With high consensus, the Congress voted to approve a number of key targets for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, regarding Party building work, the Party Committee strives to complete its tasks well or better every year; in classifying Party cells, the Party strives to have 90% of its subordinate Party cells complete their tasks well or better every year; in classifying Party members, the Party strives to have 95% of Party members complete their tasks well every year, of which at least 15% of Party members complete their tasks excellently; in terms of Party admission, the Party strives to admit 30 Party members during the term.

Regarding political leadership, capital mobilization, achieving the annual head office plan; outstanding debt achieving the annual head office plan; controlling bad debt ratio below 1%/total annual outstanding debt; striving for 95% of employees to complete their tasks well or better every year... In addition, focusing on improving competitiveness, operational efficiency, promoting the application of science, technology, digital transformation, green transformation towards rapid and sustainable development...

The Congress elected 5 comrades to the 4th Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Agribank Dong Thap, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Vo Van Quoc - Director of Agribank Dong Thap was elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of Agribank Dong Thap; Comrade Dinh Thuy Loi - Deputy Director of Agribank Dong Thap was elected as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Agribank Dong Thap; 3 comrades were elected to the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Agribank Dong Thap.
