The political report at the congress stated that in the 2020-2025 term, in the face of many difficulties, the tasks of training, combat readiness, and unit building increasingly require high requirements. The Party Committee of Brigade 273 has had many synchronous and breakthrough policies and solutions in leading and directing the unit to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Notably, the command level, the mobility of tanks and armored vehicles, and the combat readiness of the Brigade have been improved, making them qualified to receive and complete tasks well when situations arise. Implementing the policy of "Breakthrough in improving the quality of training", the Project "Innovation of politicaleducation work at the unit in the new period" and "3 realities" have become increasingly in-depth.

The entire Brigade has invested more than 1 billion VND and 7,520 working days of soldiers to consolidate and renew facilities, facilities, models, and training equipment. As a result of annual training, 100% of subjects meet or exceed requirements, of which 83.2% are good and excellent (excellent over 46.7%).

Along with that, many policies, solutions, and good models have been implemented in building units and Party committees, such as: "4 no's", "3 yes's", "3 should's" in managing troops; "5 proactive" ideological work; "4 good" Party committees and Party cells.

In 3 years (2021, 2023, 2024), the Brigade achieved the title of excellent training unit and was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Ministry of National Defense . From 2021 to 2024, the Brigade Party Committee completed its tasks well and excellently; the annual assessment of the quality of party members showed that more than 95.6% of party members completed their tasks well and excellently, exceeding the resolution target by 5.6%.

In the coming term, the Party Committee of Brigade 273 is determined to overcome all difficulties, lead the implementation of combat readiness tasks, prevent and combat natural disasters and epidemics, not to be passive or surprised in any situation; lead breakthroughs in improving training quality. Building a Party Committee that can complete its tasks well or better, the Brigade has increasingly high overall quality, strength, level and mobility, and combat readiness, completing tasks well in all situations.

The congress will work until May 8, discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the draft Political Report of the Party Executive Committee of the 34th Corps to be submitted to the 1st Congress of the 34th Corps Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; electing the Brigade Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and delegates to the Congress of the 34th Corps Party Committee.
