At the conference, Major General Nguyen Tran Long - Deputy Political Commissar of the 34th Corps directly disseminated the documents. Based on the disseminated contents, the Deputy Political Commissar of the 34th Corps requested that Party committees, agencies and units fully disseminate the information to 100% of professional cadres and soldiers. Thereby, helping cadres and soldiers deeply perceive and understand the Party and State's policies and guidelines, creating high consensus and unity in the implementation process.
