Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3907/CD-CT dated October 7, 2025 of the General Department of Politics on the quick announcement of the results of the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, term 2025-2030; Official Dispatch No. 6353/TH-TTCĐ dated October 10, 2025 of the Propaganda Department, General Department of Politics on sending the quick announcement of the results of the 13th Conference of the Party Central Committee, term XIII; The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering develops a Plan to organize a conference to quickly announce the results of the 13th Conference of the Party Central Committee, term XIII and the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, term 2025-2030.

The conference aims to disseminate to all cadres and party members the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the 12th Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Lieutenant General Do Van Thien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, directly announced the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Delegates attended at the bridge point of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering Command.

Through the conference, there was unity in ideological awareness and action, and high consensus with the content of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the 12th Congress of the Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030, discussed and approved.

Immediately after the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Technology requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to lead and direct the organization of propaganda and dissemination to all cadres, party members and the masses about the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030, focusing on: Disseminating the speech of Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; Letter of the 12th Party Congress of the Army; Quickly announce the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; Quickly announce the results of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030. Requesting the direct superiors at the grassroots level to complete before October 21; the grassroots level to complete before October 25.
