After two days of urgent deployment, on the afternoon of October 13, at Warehouse 205, the truck carrying the first batch of civilian clothes delivered by X20 Joint Stock Company was directly received and transported by Colonel Le Van Thuong, Deputy Director of the Quartermaster Department, to the Thai Nguyen Provincial Military Command.
Talking to us, Colonel Le Van Thuong said that, implementing the direction of the head of the Ministry of National Defense , the head of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, the Quartermaster Department quickly directed professional agencies to coordinate with businesses to research fabric samples and design sample products to report to superiors. After the sample products were approved by the heads at all levels, X20 Joint Stock Company quickly started production. Within 48 hours, the first batch of 2,000 civilian clothes was shipped and quickly transported to the Thai Nguyen Provincial Military Command. According to the plan, on October 14 and 15, we will continue to hand over to Bac Ninh, Lang Son and Cao Bang provinces according to the plan approved by the head of the Ministry of National Defense.

On the same morning, Major General Nguyen Trong Thien, Deputy Head of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, and the working delegation of the General Department of Logistics and Technology directly inspected the production progress at the Military Tailoring Enterprise, X20 Joint Stock Company in carrying out an urgent task entrusted by the head of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Logistics and Technology.
Appreciating the initiative and sense of responsibility of the company's leaders as well as the utmost efforts of workers and laborers in performing their duties in carrying out emergency tasks, Major General Nguyen Trong Thien emphasized: "The time is short, the workload is large, but with the spirit of accompanying people in flood-affected areas to overcome difficulties and overcome the consequences of natural disasters, the General Department of Logistics and Technology hopes that you will make every effort to complete the task on schedule."

According to the plan, the General Department of Logistics and Engineering handed over 20,000 sets of civilian clothes (15,000 sets for men and 5,000 sets for women) to the Military Commands of 4 provinces: Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh , Lang Son and Cao Bang. Of which, the Military Command of Lang Son province is 3,000 sets; the Military Command of Cao Bang province is 3,000 sets; the Military Command of Thai Nguyen province is 8,000 sets; the Military Command of Thai Nguyen province is 6,000 sets. The receiving units will complete the distribution before October 18.
