During the working program, the delegation listened to the leaders of the Department of Motor Vehicles and Transport and X20 Joint Stock Company report on the results of science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, implementation of Project 06 and administrative reform.

Major General Do Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering chaired the working session at the Department of Motorcycles and Transport.

The Department of Motorcycles and Transport has concretized the resolutions and directives of the above in many documents and action plans, achieving positive results in all aspects. The Department has chaired and coordinated the implementation of dozens of topics and initiatives at all levels, in which many products have been effectively applied, contributing to improving the quality of management, ensuring technical, exploiting and using the means of transport of motorcycles and motorbikes in the entire army.

Coordination with research institutes, academies, factories, and enterprises inside and outside the Army has been promoted, creating conditions for applying scientific and technological advances in repairing, maintaining, improving, and modernizing vehicles and technical equipment.

In digital transformation, the Department has completed the technology infrastructure, put into operation many specialized software such as: Registration management, vehicle management, maintenance and repair management, electronic technical log...

The working group inspected the software of the military vehicle inspection camera system of the Department of Vehicles and Transport.

The Department also promotes administrative reform, uses digital signatures and electronic documents, and shortens the time to process work. Training and fostering of technical staff and employees is focused on, associated with the "Digital Education for All" movement, promoting the spirit of initiative and creativity, and improving the level of mastery of new technologies.

X20 Joint Stock Company has presided over and coordinated the implementation of many highly applicable topics and initiatives that have been put into production, contributing to improving productivity and product quality.

Concluding the working session, Major General Do Anh Tuan acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Department of Motorcycles and Transport and X20 Joint Stock Company in the past time; requested the units to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions and plans of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Logistics and Technology; focus on promoting scientific research, digital transformation, effectively exploiting digital databases; at the same time, building a team of steadfast cadres, employees and workers who master new technologies, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
