5 Primary School professional clusters met to discuss improving teaching quality

DNO - Implementing Decision No. 999/QD-SGDĐT dated October 1, 2025 of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City on the establishment of Preschool, Primary and Secondary School professional clusters in the city. 5 Primary School professional clusters have just held their first conference of the 2025 - 2026 school year.

At the conference, representatives of school leaders and professional groups approved the cluster's operating regulations; agreed on monthly professional activity plans; and discussed new points in the implementation of the 2018 General Education program.

At the same time, discuss solutions to improve teaching quality and increase support for colleagues in the context of expanded area after merger.

On this occasion, the units elected cluster leaders and deputy cluster leaders to coordinate activities and guide thematic activities.

The clusters agree on dividing sub-clusters, electing group leaders and building a coordination mechanism between schools to ensure that professional activities take place regularly, practically, and in accordance with the specific conditions of each locality.

Organizing conferences at 5 professional clusters shows the efforts of the Department of Education and Training in standardizing and unifying cluster activity models.

This is considered a solution to help narrow the gap in teaching conditions between regions, promote collective strength and foster a spirit of mutual support between schools, aiming to improve the quality of comprehensive education in the city.
