Regarding the incident in November where a group of male students beat and then stuffed sanitary napkins into the mouth of a classmate, causing public outrage, on the evening of December 2, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of An Giang province, Huynh Van Hoa, signed a document requesting the People's Committee of Hon Dat commune to direct relevant agencies and units to quickly intervene and coordinate in handling the case according to regulations.
Accordingly, the incident was determined to have occurred at noon on November 22 in a deserted field in canal 3, Ben Da hamlet, Hon Dat commune.
A group of 6 students (including 1 male 11th grader and 5 male 10th graders) from Hon Dat High School, after school, blocked the road and asked student VXH (15 years old, 10th grader) to go to a deserted area to beat him.

At the scene, students QH (16 years old, 10th grade) and QD (15 years old, 10th grade) used their hands and helmets to hit VXH. The incident only stopped when some of their friends intervened.
After beating his friend, the group continuously cursed and QD took a sanitary napkin and stuffed it into XH's mouth.
Regarding the incident, Hon Dat Commune Police invited the students in the clip, their families, and representatives of the Board of Directors of Hon Dat High School to work.
During the investigation, the students admitted their actions and pledged not to repeat the offense. However, the reason why the six male students beat their friend has not yet been announced by the local education department.
