Cho Moi Commune Public Administration Service Center is located in a convenient location, right in the commune administrative center, easy for people and businesses to recognize, convenient for travel and transactions. The center is invested with equipment and materials to serve its operations well, including: 14 computers, 9 scanners, 12 printers, kiosks to serve people to submit documents online on the public service portal and equipped with 6 surveillance cameras, 1 automatic number taking machine...
People and businesses coming to the center are warmly welcomed by staff, assisted in getting a number, choosing a transaction area, and consulting and guiding them through procedures. The center receives documents from people and businesses, checks their completeness and validity, logs into the public service system, and prints appointment papers. Documents are classified and immediately transferred to the heads of specialized departments via the electronic system. The specialized department is responsible for appraising and processing documents according to the prescribed process and time.
Coming to transfer land use rights, Ms. Le Thi Hoa Minh, a resident of Cho Moi commune, shared: “I have been to the Cho Moi Commune Public Administration Service Center twice to do administrative procedures. I am very satisfied with the spirit and service attitude of the officers and civil servants here. The officers enthusiastically and actively guided the people to do administrative procedures quickly and conveniently, avoiding going back and forth many times and returning the results on time.”
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cho Moi Commune, Huynh Thanh Tuan, who is also Director of the Commune Public Administration Service Center, said: "The area for receiving and returning results is arranged with 10 transaction counters covering the following fields: Civil status, certification, meritorious people, social protection, internal affairs, education and training, business registration, land, agriculture and environment, construction and industry and trade, secured transactions, social insurance, priority counters for people with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women. The civil servant area of the center supports people in submitting online applications with 4 counters, 1 public postal counter, and a reception room...".
“We coordinate with the leaders of specialized departments and units to regularly check the progress of processing documents, promptly reminding officers, civil servants and public employees to minimize the number of late documents. After the specialized department completes processing, the results are transferred to the center to return the results to the people and businesses, and at the same time, the processed results data is stored in the system for management,” said Mr. Huynh Thanh Tuan.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cho Moi Commune Nguyen Trong Tri said that the results of digitizing records, papers, and results of handling administrative procedures were carried out by the commune in accordance with regulations. Currently, the commune is basically equipped with scanners for officials and civil servants receiving records at the Public Administration Service Center and specialized departments, 100% of officials and civil servants are granted personal digital signatures to implement the digitization of records. The digitization rate in the electronic environment reached 93.5%, with 2,436/2,605 records receiving and handling administrative procedures; the rate of online payment of financial obligations in handling administrative procedures was 1,226/1,313 records, reaching 93.37%. Administrative procedures under the authority of the commune level, a total of 2,548 records were received and all were handled before and on time, with no late records. This is a great effort of the locality in receiving and processing administrative procedures.
