Handing over 3 "Shelters of Love" to women in Cu Lao Gieng commune

On December 3, the Women's Union of Cu Lao Gieng Commune (An Giang Province) organized the handover of 3 "Shelters of Love" to poor and disadvantaged women in the area. This is a project to welcome the 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of An Giang Province, term 2025 - 2030.

Handing over the "Warm House of Love" to the family of Mrs. Tran Tuyet Nhung, Cu Lao Gieng commune.

The house was handed over to 3 families including Ms. Huynh Thi Cam Nhung, Ms. Tran Tuyet Nhung and Ms. Phan Thi Hong, residing in Cu Lao Gieng commune.

Each house has a corrugated iron roof structure, tiled floors and a hygienic toilet. The total cost of building the 3 houses is 160 million VND, funded by the Commune Women's Union mobilizing the Executive Committee of the Hoa Hao Buddhist Sangha of Binh Phuoc Xuan, Cu Lao Gieng Commune.

On this occasion, the Women's Union of Cu Lao Gieng commune and the Executive Committee of the Hoa Hao Buddhist Sangha of Binh Phuoc Xuan gave gifts to the families.
