An Giang Provincial Party Committee quickly announced the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee

The conference was held in person at the Provincial Party Committee Hall and connected online to 6 provincial-level points, 102 commune, ward and special zone points, with more than 13,200 cadres and party members attending.

Implementing the full-term working program, from October 6 to 8, 2025, in Hanoi , the 13th Party Central Committee held the 13th Conference. General Secretary To Lam attended, directed and delivered an important speech opening and closing the conference. The conference discussed and gave opinions on two major groups of issues:

Group of issues on the preparation for the 14th National Party Congress: Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; Draft Summary Report on 15 years of implementing the Party Charter to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Introduction of personnel for the 14th Party Central Committee, personnel for the 14th Central Inspection Commission ; Time, content and program of the 14th National Party Congress; Working regulations of the 14th National Party Congress; Election regulations at the 14th National Party Congress.

Group of socio-economic issues: The Party Central Committee discussed the Report on the implementation of the 2025 socio-economic development plan, the draft socio-economic development plan for 2026; the report on the assessment of the implementation of the state budget in 2025, the state budget estimate for 2026; the 3-year national financial and budget plan for 2026 - 2028; a number of opinions that needed clarification were accepted by the Politburo and explained to the Central Committee.

The conference also listened to and gave opinions on: Personnel work; reported on important tasks that the Politburo had resolved from the 12th Central Conference to the 13th Central Conference and planned a number of key tasks from the 13th Central Conference to the 14th Central Conference and a number of other important issues.
