- On the afternoon of June 20, the Steering Committee for Compensation and Site Clearance (GPMB) of Huu Lung district ( Steering Committee) held a conference to evaluate the results of work in June and the first 6 months of 2025.

Attending the conference were members of the Steering Committee and representatives of businesses with projects in the area.

Leaders of the District Land Fund Development Center reported on the results of site clearance work in the district.

In 2025, the Steering Committee focused on leading and directing the site clearance work for 12 works and projects with a total area to be recovered of more than 456 hectares. Including 2 key projects of the province including the VISIP Lang Son Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project and the Huu Lung New Urban Area Project. In the first 6 months of the year, under the drastic direction of the Steering Committee, the district completed site clearance of 167.68 hectares (reaching 36.7%). Particularly for the VISIP Lang Son Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project, in phase 1, the district completed inspection of 100% of the area, completing site clearance of more than 206 hectares. Currently, the district has measured and inspected 41.9 hectares of the area to be cleared in phase 2 (reaching 16.7%).

Also in the first 6 months of the year, the district approved the results of the lottery for resettlement plots for 131 cases in 4 projects ( Investment project for construction and business of infrastructure of VISIP Lang Son Industrial Park, Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster Project, Resettlement and residential area project of Ho Son and Hoa Thang communes, Huu Lung New Urban Area Project).

During the process of implementing compensation and site clearance work, the District People's Committee has also focused on resolving petitions, complaints and denunciations related to compensation and site clearance work for works and projects in the area to ensure compliance with regulations.

At the conference, delegates discussed, supplemented and clarified the following contents: progress of site clearance for some works and projects in the area, difficulties and obstacles in mobilizing and propagating to the people, the situation of receiving and handling petitions, reviewing and preparing documents for handover of works and projects...

Comrade Secretary of Huu Lung District Party Committee delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Concluding the conference, the District Party Committee leader emphasized: From now until the end of June, the members of the Steering Committee must uphold their sense of responsibility and strive to complete assigned tasks; continue to propagate, mobilize, enforce, and reclaim land in some cases in accordance with regulations; review and complete procedures for granting land use right certificates for eligible related cases. He also requested that comrades who are expected to be assigned to hold key positions in new communes quickly approach the work, continue to lead and direct the implementation of compensation and site clearance work well to soon hand over land to investors in the coming time.
