Achieved ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification

Representatives of the Conformity Certification Center (QUACERT) directly awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate to Vietravel .

Issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the latest version of ISO 9001:2015 certification (a worldwide quality standard) has been and is being applied to many types of businesses operating in different fields. ISO 9001:2015 aims to build a scientific quality management system to control risks, prevent violations, and provide standard services suitable to the needs of each customer. In addition, this certification is also considered a particularly important standard that contributes to improving internal processes, enhancing reputation and brand in the production and business industry that the business is aiming for.

Faced with the fluctuations of the global economy, in addition to the risks that the tourism industry is facing at the present time such as the unstable political situation in some countries, natural disasters... Vietravel realizes that ISO 9001:2015 is a particularly necessary certification for a business operating in the tourism - travel industry. In order to improve and maintain consistency in the system, promote the image and build the brand for Vietravel, and at the same time improve the effectiveness of ensuring safety and quality of tourism - travel services, Vietravel Tourism Company has invited the Conformity Certification Center (QUACERT) to conduct an assessment and issue a Certificate of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015.

Achieving ISO 9001:2015 has affirmed the effectiveness and efficiency of Vietravel's Safety and Quality Management System in accordance with international standards. At the same time, this is also considered a special commitment of Vietravel's staff in ensuring safety and providing the best quality of service to customers and the Company's strategic partner system over the past nearly 3 decades.
