Land for Thuy Ta restaurant in Da Lat for rent at 15.15 billion VND/year: Winner revealed

Specifically, the auction winner was Mr. Doan Hai Ha (residing in Bac Tu Liem ward, Hanoi ) with the winning price of 15.15 billion VND/year.

The starting price for this restaurant area is 3.04 billion VND/year. The additional amount due to the auction through 63 price steps is over 12 billion VND/year.

According to the decision, Mr. Doan Hai Ha must pay over 151.5 billion VND and pay at once for the entire 10-year rental period.

Lam Dong Province assigns the People's Committee of Da Lat City to take full responsibility before the law and the Provincial People's Committee for the publicity, transparency, honesty, and objectivity of the process and procedures for auctioning the lease of assets on land and paying annual land rent.

For the auction winner, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requires Mr. Doan Hai Ha to be responsible for complying with the regulations and issued Auction Regulations.

Previously, Dan Tri reported that the auction of land for rent at Thuy Ta restaurant (Da Lat city) with a rental price of 15.1 billion VND/year received attention.

According to regulations, the auction winner must pay a one-time fee for a 10-year lease term of VND151.5 billion. Thus, the daily rental price of this land is approximately VND41.6 million/day.

On real estate groups, most people say that this rental price is very high compared to the price in Da Lat in general and the whole country in particular.
