Where is the best place to work in Vietnam 2024?

PepsiCo Vietnam No. 1 in medium-sized enterprises

Anphabe - a consulting unit on employer branding solutions and happy working environments - conducted a ranking compiled from the voting results of more than 65,000 employees.

The survey was conducted by 700 businesses operating in 18 key industries and was sponsored by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The results were verified by Intage Vietnam Market Research Company.

The ranking has two categories: medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises, with the top position in each industry.

This year, number 1 position best place to work Vietnam 2024 of the business sector has just named PepsiCo Vietnam Foods Company Limited.

This is also the second consecutive year PepsiCo Vietnam has achieved this ranking.

In the category for large enterprises, the No. 1 position for the best workplace in Vietnam 2024 in the entire market belongs to Unilever Vietnam. This is also the top representative of the food & non-food consumer goods industry.
