VHO - The Vietnamese women's volleyball team will compete in the Southeast Asian Women's Volleyball Tournament - SEA V.League 2025 from August 1 to 3 in Ratchasima (Thailand).

At SEA V.League 2025, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia will compete in a round robin, ranking by stage.

In stage 1, the Vietnamese women's team will meet Indonesia (August 1), the Philippines (August 2) and Thailand (August 3).

At the tournament, the strength of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will be almost the same as the previous two tournaments, VTV Cup 2025 and AVC Nations Cup 2025.

The athletes on this list include: Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Thi Uyen, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh (main attacker); Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen, Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh (opposite setter); Nguyen Thi Trinh, Le Thanh Thuy, Tran Thi Bich Thuy, Pham Thi Hien (middle blocker); Doan Thi Lam Oanh, Vo Thi Kim Thoa (setter); Nguyen Khanh Dang, Nguyen Thi Ninh Anh, Luu Thi Ly Ly (libero).

In last year's tournament, the Vietnamese girls won silver medals in both stages, behind the number 1 team in Southeast Asia, Thailand.

Historically, Vietnamese women's volleyball has never defeated Thailand and fans expect coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team to change history at SEA V.League 2025.

The matches of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team and their opponents in the first round of SEA V.League 2025 will be broadcast live on Onsports, Onsports News, and the Vietnam Volleyball YouTube channel.
