The Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee of the Provincial Party Congress held a meeting to deploy tasks.

Comrade Tran Manh Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members, and the Working Group of the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee.

Comrade Tran Manh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, chaired the meeting.

In the past time, continuing to closely follow the content of Plan No. 11-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on directing Party congresses at all levels; Plan 15-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on propaganda for Party congresses at all levels towards the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee has deployed tasks to ensure timely and correct direction of the Provincial Congress Steering Committee. At the same time, urging the members of the Subcommittee to closely follow the functions and tasks of the industry in conjunction with assigned tasks; strengthening the grasp of the grassroots situation, deploying tasks to ensure time, roadmap, focus and key points.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha spoke at the meeting.

At the meeting, the members of the Subcommittee contributed their opinions and implemented key tasks in the coming time. They focused on plans for propaganda and decoration at the Provincial Convention Center; decoration on main streets and side event spaces to ensure compliance with instructions and local conditions.

At the same time, organize propaganda about the congress atmosphere in localities; propaganda activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; a series of activities associated with welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels; a plan to organize the Thanh Tuyen Festival 2025 towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country and the innovation and development of the province; coordinate to organize propaganda throughout and at key points in each stage; coordinate communication with central press agencies...

Comrade Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television spoke at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Tran Manh Loi highly appreciated and accepted the opinions of the members of the Subcommittee, and assigned the support department to promptly synthesize them for unification and appropriate adjustments. He requested that in the coming time, the members of the Subcommittee need to focus highly on propaganda work for the Party Congresses of communes and wards; clearly identify the list of projects that the province will organize to inaugurate to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels; advise on budget estimates for each project to soon submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
