On August 16th, the People's Committee of District 3 organized the 4th Science and Technology Festival in 2024 with the theme "Science and Technology Together with Digital Transformation - The Power to Change Lives".

At the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nhung, Deputy Head of the Intellectual Property and Innovation Management Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, emphasized that science and technology, along with education and training, are considered top national priorities. Science and technology play a crucial role in boosting economic activity, while education and training help cultivate talent, promote educational development, and raise the intellectual level of the population.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of the District 3 People's Committee Pham Thi Thuy Hang said that the state management of science and technology has always been a priority for District 3, and has been actively promoted through various programs and plans.
