Speed up the settlement of administrative procedures in the land sector

On the afternoon of October 21, comrade Nguyen Quynh Thien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to the Department of Agriculture and Environment report on the implementation of administrative procedure settlement.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the total number of applications received up to October 20 is 206,625 (of which, applications transferred from before July 1, 2025 are 4,069, and applications received from July 1 to October 20, 2025 are 202,556). As a result, 174,407 applications have been resolved; 32,218 applications are being resolved (5,015 applications are being resolved overdue, mostly land applications).

The land database is very complex, with many fluctuating stages and large plot data, so merging into one database requires time and a suitable processing plan. The volume of records imported from 3 provinces is very large, so the correction of land records is still being urgently implemented. The number of records has increased dramatically from 150-200% compared to before while the time to handle administrative procedures has been shortened, leading to overload for the administrative procedure implementation department. Accordingly, the department will continue to coordinate with the data sharing hub operator to upgrade the infrastructure, ensure stable connection; continue to review and propose adjustments to the process of handling administrative procedures on the software in the direction of synchronization, streamlining, and shortening the steps...

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the Department of Agriculture and Environment needs to strengthen coordination with relevant units to remove difficulties and obstacles; speed up the progress of handling administrative procedures, overcome the situation of late records, especially in the field of land; strengthen exchanges and coordination with the People's Committees of communes and wards to support the quick and effective processing of records.
