The State Securities Commission received a report from VinaCapital Fund Management Joint Stock Company regarding signs of forgery, fraud, and illegal use of the brand, logo, and products of VinaCapital Fund Management Joint Stock Company to commit fraud and appropriate investors' assets on a number of websites such as https://vinacapital-trade.amtwznz.com/login; https://vinacapital.amtwznz.com/.

These websites are not licensed by VinaCapital, are not part of the fund's official system, and are being used to defraud investors.

The State Securities Commission warns investors to exercise caution and carefully verify information before conducting any transactions. The public and investors are advised to compare information on suspicious websites with official information from VinaCapital, and to be wary of requests for personal data, passwords, account information, or money transfers from unverified sources.

This warning was issued by the State Securities Commission to protect the legitimate rights of investors and to emphasize the importance of verifying information before investing.
