The Khanh Hoa Waste-to-Energy Plant Project is being implemented in Suoi Dau Commune, with Khanh Hoa New City Joint Stock Company as the investor. According to the report, up to now, the preparation work for project implementation is being carried out according to the set plan. In particular, regarding land procedures, the company has worked with the Cam Lam Regional Land Fund Development Center; contacted a surveying and cadastral mapping consultancy unit to serve the site clearance work. The company also carried out procedures related to planning and environment according to regulations; cleared the project implementation area, leveled and created a construction site; built a fence around the project...
At the meeting, the investor proposed that the Provincial People's Committee support and supplement the project connection planning into the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning; consider attracting investment in other waste treatment projects to ensure the source of waste materials after the project is completed and put into operation. Delegates attending the meeting also gave comments on a number of issues related to land acquisition, site clearance and construction permit procedures...
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam requested the Department of Finance to collect opinions from relevant departments, branches and units to complete the detailed schedule for project implementation. In particular, it is necessary to supplement land procedures associated with land transfer and land lease; the time frame for investors to complete the dossier of tasks to adjust the detailed planning 1/500 to send to the People's Committee of Suoi Dau commune and the Department of Construction for appraisal. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the progress of applying for a license to exploit water resources; site preparation, environmental impact assessment... to complete the processes and procedures according to regulations, ensuring the conditions for project construction.
