The main violations include: Not having an environmental license, construction license or design appraisal document from a specialized construction agency; not opening a file to manage fire prevention and fighting and rescue work, not equipping a fire fighting system according to regulations, not organizing training in fire prevention and fighting and rescue...

According to the plan, in the coming time, the inspection teams will continue to inspect the remaining facilities in the Man Xa craft village industrial cluster.

Previously, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province established an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect the Man Xa craft village industrial cluster and production facilities in this industrial cluster.

The inspection focuses on compliance with regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting, rescue, planning, construction; and the investor's responsibility in implementing related regulations.

Many manufacturing facilities in the Man Xa industrial park violate environmental regulations, and their chimneys still emit smoke straight into the sky day and night.

Based on the review and listing of business households, production facilities, and warehouses in the Man Xa craft village industrial cluster, the inspection team will work directly with investors and facility owners, and listen to representatives of production facilities report on compliance with legal regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting, rescue, planning, and construction.

The delegation will examine the records and conduct on-site inspections at the facilities. Each inspection area will make separate working records, advise on completing the records of administrative sanctions according to the provisions of law and submit them to the competent authority to issue directives or decisions on administrative sanctions.

The Man Xa Craft Village Industrial Cluster was granted the decision to establish by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province in August 2016, with a total area of 26.5 hectares. The project has a total investment of over 665 billion VND to date, the investor is Hanaka Group Joint Stock Company.

The purpose of establishing industrial clusters is to attract and relocate small-scale production households from craft villages to concentrated production areas to minimize environmental pollution.

However, after 8 years of establishment, Man Xa craft village industrial cluster has attracted only 77 production facilities. Notably, pollution in the industrial cluster still exists.
